This weekend I'm going to make an architectural road trip. Maybe you don't know who is Andrea Palladio. Hes is a famous sixteenth-century architect who worked around Venice and Vicenza and one of his famous works are the Palladian villas. They are really amazing, even more if you're studying architecture. He did many villas in this area and they are a typical topic when we studied the History of Art and Architecture. Milan are very close so we could not go back home for Christmas without finishing this first part of the academic year making a trip. We've rented a car and planned a route to see as much as we can.
I hope you have a very good weekend and I'll come back with lots of pictures;)
*I've already mentioned some of his churches on the Venecia Trip
