Existe un sitio donde encontrar todos los muebles con los que siempre soñaste. Cada silla, mesa, cenicero, vaso o cualquier cosa diseñada por los arquitectos del siglo XX está en VITRA. Siempre quise visitar la autentica sede, en Suiza, pero de momento haber estado en el nuevo espacio que tienen en Madrid me quita el mono por un tiempo. Yo disfruto muchísimo allí, es algo que me apasiona, la verdad es que fue una época única para el diseño del mobiliario y muchos de los diseños han pasado a la historia casi como piezas de coleccionista. Para mí un mueble dice mucho de la persona que lo tiene, me gusta llegar a un sitio y encontrarme alguna de estas maravillas, de repente siento afinidad y simpatía hacia su propietario. Los precios son prohibitivos pero sueño con tener muchas de estas piezas en casa algún día.

There is a place to find your dreamed furniture. Every chair, table, ashtray, glass or anything designed by the architects of the twentieth century is at Vitra. I always wanted to visit the authentic headquarters in Switzerland, but for now I have been in the new space they have in Madrid so I removed my anxiety for a while. I enjoyed the space, it's something that I love, it was a unique century where architects created magnificent furniture design and many of the designs are history now, almost collector's items. For me a piece of furniture speaks a lot about the person who owns it, I like to get to some place and find some of these wonders, I suddenly feel affinity and sympathy for its owner. The prices are prohibitive but I keep dreaming of having many of them at home someday.
