Cuando estuve viviendo en Milán vimos varios pisos antes de mudarnos y nos enamoramos de uno de techos altos con molduras y ventanas altas y estrechas. Era antiguo y algo desmejorado, pero cuando fuimos a verlo lo estaban arreglando y para el mes que entrabamos estaría listo. Ese fue el piso que finalmente alquilamos.

Con algunos cambios un piso mejora su calidad y se revaloriza. Hay veces que queda irreconocible y como nuevo.

Esto lo comprobé con el piso donde viví de pequeña, estaba algo viejo y tenía desperfectos, pero con unos pequeños cambios, con una inversión el piso ganó muchísimo.

Lo más llamativo fue cuando acuchillaron el parquet y de repente parecía otra casa, la madera brillaba y el aspecto se volvía limpio y nuevo. También tenía aspecto descuidado y viejo debido a las condensaciones y humedades que levantan la pintura, hacen manchas, estropean los acabados etc. para esto también hay solución. Debemos ponernos en manos de un especialista como Hydrotec que busca el foco que produce la humedad en casa y lo soluciona para que no vuelva a aparecer. También se pueden cambiar las ventanas y poner unas carpinterías más nuevas que aíslen del frío y del ruido de la calle, esto mejora mucho la calidad de vida.

Si queremos cambiar el aspecto radicalmente y hacer el piso más amplio, redistribuirlo y adaptarlo podemos mover tabiques y abrir huecos, siempre que no sean muros de carga. Esto cambia totalmente la casa y podemos hacer maravillas con un buen proyecto en manos de un arquitecto. Mi casa, con todos los cambios quedó irreconocible y preciosa.

Podemos conservar ese aspecto de piso antiguo, aprovechando las dimensiones de las casas de antes, pero vivir en un piso prácticamente nuevo invirtiendo en una reforma.
