El fin de semana pasado, aprovechando que el viernes fue el Día de la Hispanidad y era fiesta, fuimos a mi pueblo a pasar unos días. Está en Asturias, pero muy cerca de Cantabria. Fuimos a pasar el día a Santander, teníamos ganas de ver la exposición del Centro Botín, y además esta vez vimos el edificio con sol, la vez anterior estaba lloviendo, y aunque también tiene su encanto, no es lo mismo.
Santander estaba precioso hacía un día de calor inusual para esta época, para cualquier época en realidad.

El Centro Botín me encantó, cada vez me gusta más. Me encanta cuando un arquitecto hace un edificio representativo como éste y la zona se revitaliza. El paseo Pereda es precioso y, en mi opinión, la zona del Centro Botín en especial. Esta todo super cuidado y las vistas desde las terrazas (de acceso gratuito) es espectacular. A mi es que el mar siempre me ha impactado y poder verlo delante de ti, entero, sin obstáculos, es una maravilla. Os recomiendo mucho que lo visitéis si estáis por Cantabria porque merece la pena.
Last weekend we went to spend a few days in my village. It is in Asturias, but very close to Cantabria and we went to spend the day in Santander. We wanted to see the exhibition at the Botín Center, and also this time we enjoy the building with sun, (the previous time was raining, and although it also has its charm , is not the same) . Santander was in beautiful, it was an unusual hot day for this time, for any time actually.
I love the Botín Center, and every time I go I like it more. I love it when an architect builds a representative building like this and the area is revitalized. The Pereda walk is beautiful, and, for me, the Botín Center area in particular. Everything is so clean and nice and the views from the terraces (free access) is spectacular. The sea has always impacted me and being able to see it in front of you without obstacles is wonderful. I highly recommend you to visit it if you are in Cantabria because it is worth it.
